We need a tent to seat 50 people at tables + a buffet table.How much is tent rental for an anniversary party?
I rent tents quit a bit for catering BBQ. In the southeast the best prices I found on a tent (and you would need about a 20 X 40 tent) runs at $400.00 plus average of $60 - $80 dollars to deliver, set up, and break down. This also depends upon how far they have to drive and the price could go up higher on this if it is to far. A 20 X 40 tent would easily hold 9 tables of seating for 6 per table, plus 16 foot table for buffet.
