Skip the tent idea. Do you honestly want to get married or have a reception in a circus tent? Think about it. Once you get the tent up, NOW you have to start decorating. You'll need lights, lights and more lights. If you want it to look at all elegant and feminine, you'll need hundreds of yards of fabric, some crystal chandeliers, flowers and greenery everywhere. If it rains, you'll need side walls that seal and flooring. When this fiasco is done, you will have spent more than it would have cost for the best ballroom in town. Trust me girl, go a different direction before it's too late.
